Extended Exterior Living
These clients were looking for a simple way to extend their living space to their backyard. To do so, we added a canopy roof with skylights and recessed lighting. This design allows our clients to be able to enjoy their backyard no matter what time of year.
Childhood Home Remodel
Our clients wanted to fully remodel their childhood home to fit their needs as adults. We removed walls to allow for a more open concept design. This allowed our clients to be able to live comfortable in what was a pretty outdated home. The mix of new and original finishes brought this home to life!
Second Story Addition
This growing family was looking to add an additional bedroom while also expanding their master suite. We added on above their existing first floor roof which allowed us to stay within the restrictive land boundaries. Our clients are enjoying their new spaces!
Lake Front Living
When you have a lake front property it is important that you accentuate your view. Prior to this remodel, this home had really large, white posts and rail. In order to open up the space a bit we replaced those with steel columns and cable railing. Our clients are very happy with their updated space!
Contemporary Master Bath
We transformed this traditional, outdated master bath into a luxurious, contemporary space. This bath features a steam shower, privacy glass water closet, floating vanity, and an open closet. Our clients could not be happier with their new, streamline space.
Monochromatic Guest Bath
Description: It was time that this guest bathroom got some love. We refreshed this space with monochromatic tile and countertops. The dark wood tones in the floating vanity and storage piece add a nice contrast to all of the bright white surfaces. This is now a space for our clients guests to enjoy!
Light & Bright Kitchen Remodel
Our clients in Redmond wanted to give their teenage daughters a place where they could enjoy getting ready in the morning.
Contemporary Kitchen
Our clients love to entertain, so we incorporated a large Nana window. This allows them to seamlessly entertain from the kitchen to the outdoors.
Masculine Master Addition
This space is anchored by the gorgeous master bath. These darker, masculine finishes accented with the contrasting, brushed nickel trim give this bathroom a showstopping look.
Traditionally Tranquil
This master bathroom remodel transformed an uninviting, outdated space into a luxurious get away.
