We're with you all the way.
Westhill’s team of designers and skilled craftsmen provide an integrated home improvement experience for our clients. Integrated home improvement means we provide a comprehensive and coordinated home improvement experience – from planning, design, and permitting through the construction of your remodel or custom home along with on-going home maintenance after the project is completed.
Our Project Managers coordinate and supervise all the trade contractors, resources, schedules, budgets, quality management and details needed for any given project. This is an experience you just won’t get from any general contractor.
Residing in Woodinville, our service area mainly consists of clients located in the Greater Eastside area.
Some companies build from remodeling plans drawn by an architect. You then have to identify a contractor, interview, hire, supervise and understand their concept. Some remodelers build from a sketch on the back of an envelope. Some may not even be licensed to build by the State of Washington.
We make it easy. Westhill is a design/build company. This means we are responsible for both the design and construction of your project. From concept to completion, we manage all the project phases, workers, dealing with the county and thousands of moving parts throughout the entire design/build project. We listen and design your project to meet your needs, wants and budget.
Here’s what that means to you:
An integrated and coordinated experience from concept to design to completion
You hire one construction firm and get everything you need for your home improvements. You’re not left with the job of coordinating or mediating while you’re renovating. It is all our responsibility; and we are dedicated to fulfilling your dreams for your home.
Practical, well-thought-out design concepts
The thoughtful and careful melding of concept, construction realities and budget tailored specifically to your project. We won’t propose a design for “design-sake” which does not meet your specific lifestyle and design choices or which cannot realistically stay within your budget.
Professionally drawn and engineered plans
These are key in obtaining the necessary city permits in a timely fashion. We’ve been working in King and Snohomish County for over 40 years, and we are very familiar with the building codes and “unwritten rules” of each jurisdiction. That saves you time and money.
The buck stops here
Because everything is under the control and constant review of one management team, there is no finger-pointing. It’s all our responsibility and we gladly embrace that responsibility.
Our team is knowledgeable, experienced, certified, drug tested and verified for legal residency. They understand our standards and expectations are high.
We strive to ensure that the design and fiscal integrity of your home improvement dreams are accomplished as well as providing an enjoyable experience.

Westhill will create your ideal home from the ground up. Building homes is how we got our start—on the West Hill in Bothell. And today it remains one of the most fulfilling things we do because of the close partnerships (and friendships) we develop with our clients during this highly personal experience. Years of experience in planning, managing and delivering these complex projects, gives clients peace of mind and ensures that we deliver fully on your vision.
An experience and a result your whole family will love. A successful remodeling project whether it is a kitchen, bath, media room or outdoor living space, isn’t just about delivering a high quality finished product (although we do that too). It’s also about how the product is delivered. Westhill works with you during the process to make sure you have the opportunity to be as involved as you’d like to be, that while we are in your home our work is as low impact as possible, that we deliver more than what you were expecting and that when all is said and done, you are happy with the result and the whole remodeling experience.

Adding on to your home just got easier. Whether you want to add one room or a new wing, Westhill’s design/build approach takes you from an initial idea to completion with ease. Our architectural and interior design team can help you develop the plans to get there, while our professional carpenters and builders make it a reality.
Westhill’s entire process is designed to take the pain out of improving your home. And, when the project is complete, we do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied with the end result.
Westhill’s experts help you navigate the building permitting process. The permitting process for a remodel, addition or custom home can be frustrating to say the least. We know the rules and expectations of local cities’ and counties’ building departments. Our experts can assist you with the permitting and application to make the process painless.

Want ongoing home maintenance that you don’t have to think about?
Westhill also provides our clients with customized, ongoing professional maintenance services. We’ll work with you to determine what types of services your home may need each season, both interior and exterior, such as inspecting and replacing air conditioner and furnace filters, looking for signs of roof or flashing leaks on the rafters and insulation, or inspecting and treating exterior wood for splintering, decay and insect damage. We’ll gladly include the annual cleaning of your gutters and downspouts, as well as cleaning and setting up your seasonal outdoor furniture.
Your personal home technician helps you develop a customized plan and then takes care of it all, giving you peace of mind—cost effectively.
